Dass es Spiele zu Filmen gibt, ist mittlerweile nichts Außergewöhnliches mehr. Dass wie im Fall von Kampf der Titanen die Software ohne irgendeine Anbindung an Kino- oder DVD-Release veröffentlicht wird, hingegen schon. Die Frage nach dem "Warum?" weckt natürlich Skepsis ob der Qualität. Doch vielleicht täuscht die Vorahnung und die mythische Action aus dem Hause der Folklore-Macher kann wider Erwarten überzeugen?

Nach jeweils einem eher mäßigen Prügel- und Kartenspiel begibt sich das dritte DS-DragonBall auf klassische Action-Adventure-Pfade. Natürlich wird auch hier gekämpft, aber der junge Son-Goku muss in über 50 Episoden auch Geschick und Köpfchen unter Beweis stellen, wenn er mit KI-Partnerin Bulma im Schlepptau alle sieben Dragonballs vereinen will. Ein weiterer Fehltritt oder endlich eine DS-Adaption mit Spielspaßgarantie?

Trotz des eher skeptischen Fazits der Vorschau war ich unheimlich gespannt auf die finale Fassung von Folklore, vor allem da ich auf Shin Megami Tensei <A class=DYNLINK onmouseover="DynToolTipp_Show('Klicken für Gameinfos')" onmouseout="DynToolTipp_Hide(); " href="javascript:DynCont_Display('Gamefinder','runmod.php?sid={SID}&LAYOUT=dyncont_gf&spielid=5328')">-Schöpfer Kouji Okada, aus dessen Feder Folklore stammt, große Stücke halte. Figuren und Schauplätze wurden durch dessen unverkennbaren Stil auch beeindruckend zum Leben erweckt, doch fesseln auch Story und Spielverlauf dauerhaft ans Pad?
