Wie Square Enix ank\u00fcndigte, wird man mit einem Stand auf der Gamescom 2022 vertreten sein. Auf 114 Quadratmetern in Halle 05.2 wird es allerdings keine neuen Spiele zu sehen geben: Stattdessen k\u00f6nnen Fans “180 Artikel zu beliebten Marken wie Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts oder Dragon Quest”<\/em> erstehen, wie es in der Pressemitteilung hei\u00dft.\u00a0 Viele der Fanartikel gibt es sonst nur im Online-Store. Microsoft hat auf Twitter angek\u00fcndigt, dass man 2022 auf dem Showfloor der Gamescom vertreten sein wird. Dabei soll vor allem die Xbox-Community im Vordergrund stehen. Es solle “gemeinsam gefeiert” werden, w\u00e4hrend “kleine Updates” zu aktuellen Spielen pr\u00e4sentiert w\u00fcrden. Im Klartext hei\u00dft das wohl: Microsoft ist zwar vor Ort, mit gro\u00dfen Enth\u00fcllungen, Ank\u00fcndigungen oder \u00dcberraschungen sollte eher nicht gerechnet werde.\u00a0

Zusagen von THQNordic und Kalypso<\/h2>

Konkreter wird da THQNordic im Interview mit GamesWirtschaft<\/a>. Der Wiener Spiele-Publisher, der zur Embracer Group geh\u00f6rt, wird laut PR-Chef Florian Emmerich neun Spiele auf der Gamescom ausstellen, vier davon bisher unangek\u00fcndigt. Da man in Halle acht durch die Absage von Wargaming jetzt mehr Platz habe, h\u00e4tte man den Stand au\u00dferdem auf rund 1000 Quadratmeter vergr\u00f6\u00dfert. Emmerich betont auch, der Ausfall anderer gro\u00dfer Aussteller h\u00e4tte aus Sicht von THQNordic “keine gro\u00dfen Auswirkungen” auf den Stellenwert der Messe an sich.\u00a0

Auch Publisher Kalypso (u.a.
