Nun werden jedoch Vorw\u00fcrfe bekannt, denen zu folge sich Sega als Arbeitgeber nicht an die gesetzlichen Vorgaben halte, die mit einer solchen Union einher gehen. So h\u00e4tte das Unternehmen K\u00fcndigungen direkt an Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen, ohne die Gewerkschaft im Vorfeld dar\u00fcber in Kenntnis zu setzen<\/strong>.<\/p>

Sega: Mitarbeiter reichen Klage ein<\/h2>

Demnach h\u00e4tte Sega den Plan gehabt, die Vertr\u00e4ge von befristeten Besch\u00e4ftigten bis Februar 2024 auslaufen zu lassen und die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze stattdessen nach Europa und Japan auszulagern<\/strong>. Dieses Vorhaben, von denen 80 Mitarbeiter innerhalb der Gewerkschaft betroffen w\u00e4ren, sei direkt an diese herangetragen worden, was unter den gegebenen Umst\u00e4nden rechtswidrig w\u00e4re. Stattdessen h\u00e4tte Sega den Gewerkschaftsvorstand informieren m\u00fcssen, damit es die Chance auf Verhandlungen gegeben h\u00e4tte.<\/p>

In einer Mail, die Segas Quality Assurance Tester Elise Willacker an das Videospielmagazin Kotaku verfasste, machte diese ihrer Entt\u00e4uschung Luft: \u201eEs ist best\u00fcrzend, ein solches Verhalten von Sega zu sehen<\/strong>, denn dies sind eindeutig unlautere Machenschaften.\u201c Daneben zeige es auch eine Geringsch\u00e4tzung der wertvollen Beitr\u00e4ge der betroffenen Kollegen, so Willacker weiter. Man habe eine Klage wegen unzul\u00e4ssiger Arbeitsmethoden<\/strong> eingereicht.<\/p>

Ob diese jedoch rechtzeitig bearbeitet werden kann, bevor die besagten Arbeitnehmer ihren Job verlieren, ist aber unklar. \u201eSega darf mit diesem rechtswidrigen Verhalten nicht davonkommen\u201c, schreibt Willacker. \u201eWir fordern das Unternehmen auf<\/strong>, alle Zeitbesch\u00e4ftigten in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis zu \u00fcbernehmen, und in guter Absicht an den Verhandlungstisch zu kommen.\u201c<\/p>

Die AEGIS (Allies Employees Guild Improving Sega, zu Deutsch etwa: Innung verb\u00fcndeter Arbeitnehmer zur Verbesserung von Sega) hatte sich im Juli zusammengeschlossen, um sich abteilungs\u00fcbergreifend f\u00fcr fairere L\u00f6hne<\/strong> und bessere Arbeitsbedingungen einzusetzen.
