SingStar, SingStar: Party, SingStar: The Dome und jetzt SingStar ’80s: Sony lässt wirklich kaum eine Musikrichtung aus, um die Leute ans Mikrofon zu zerren. Diesmal geht die musikalische Reise weit in die Vergangenheit, euch erwarten 30 Songs aus den 80er Jahren wie »The Final Countdown« von Europe, »Wake me up before you go go« 
Deutschland sucht die Super-Dauerwelle: Modern Talking zählen zum neuen SingStar-Aufgebot.
von Wham oder »Uptown Girl« von Billy Joel. Im Vergleich zur englischen Fassung fehlen dieses Mal allerdings satte 14 Lieder wie »A little Respect« von Erasure, »Material Girl« von Madonna, »Ice Ice Baby« von Vanilla Ice oder »Poison« von Alice Cooper. Dafür bekommen wir hierzulande einen ebenso viele Songs umfassenden Schwerpunkt auf NDW-Klassiker wie »99 Luftballons« von Nena, »Sternenhimmel« von Hubert Kah oder »Sexy« von Marius-Müller Westernhagen. Und »Cheri Cheri Lady« von Modern Talking – aber ob das ein echter Zugewinn ist?

Am Spiel selbst hat sich nichts verändert: Ihr trällert allein oder zu zweit in die SingStar-Mikrofone und versucht möglichst oft, die richtigen Töne zu treffen, wobei die korrekten Höhen und Tiefen vom Programm angezeigt werden. Besonders gute Leistungen werden mit Extrapunkten belohnt, am Ende gibt es eine Gesamteinschätzung, die euch zum Amateur oder Superstar stempelt. Habt ihr zusätzlich noch eine EyeToy-Kamera an der PS2 angeschlossen, werden Teile eurer Performance aufgezeichnet und später auf Wunsch in die Original-Video hineingespielt. Kurz gesagt: Am Spiel hat sich nichts verändert.

Sing Pong

Wie gewohnt dürft ihr auch mehrere Gesangsathleten hoch gemeinsam oder gegeneinander antreten: Jeder gegen Jeden, Teamspiele, Mikrofon weiterreichen – die Modi sind bekannt und sorgen ab zwei Spielern für sehr viel Laune. Neu ist das »Sing Song«-Minigame, das nicht ohne Grund an »Ping Pong« erinnert: Ihr steuert je ein Paddle mit eurer Stimme und müsst dem Gegner einen Pixelball ins Tor jagen. Je höher die Stimme, desto höher steigt das Paddle und umgekehrt. Witzig, aber kein Abendfüller.

  1. jojojo ich hab es schon und es macht morz spaß am wochenende hau ich das game rein und spiele es mit freunden oder familie nur allein naja das wissen wir ja alle wie das is:-)

    Arrr, nachdem Eye-Toy schon immer ein Partybringer ist, überleg ich mir Singstar schon länger. Naja, kommt im Januar, der Dezember ist schon verplant.
