Fazit

Erwartet hier bloß keinen Tiefgang! Nach den aufregenden Tagen mit F.E.A.R. haben mir die schubweisen Stunden mit Sam 2 herrlich viel Freude bereitet – Augen prinzipiell zu, Zeigefinger an die Maus getackert und los! Ja, das Spielprinzip ist primitiver als das von Doom 3 – aber Sam nimmt sich nicht eine Sekunde ernst! Ja, es ist nur ein hirnloses Dauergeballere – aber es macht so viel Spaß! Und es sieht verdammt gut aus. Es klingt toll. Und man kann es 16 Mann hoch kooperativ spielen. Aber man sollte nicht zuviel Zeit am Stück damit verbringen. Denn lange kann das bloße Gegner-Abholzen nicht motivieren, das immergleiche Spielprinzip wird nur durch die coolen Zwischensequenzen längerfristig am Leben gehalten – und die sind eklig niedrig aufgelöst. Xbox-Ballermänner müssen außerdem mit erheblichen grafischen Einbußen leben. Summa summarum ändert sich im Sam-Land also nicht viel. Wer das Spielprinzip mag und einen brauchbaren Rechner hat, wird hier immer wieder glücklich werden. Wer von einem Shooter etwas mehr als tausende Kerben auf dem Gewehrkolben erwartet, sollte Serious Sam 2 besser meiden.

  1. Serious sam 2 ist einfach ein spiel was einige leute mit titeln die counter strike, call of duty und anderen diversen shootern vergleichen.
    doch serious sam 2 ist einfach ein spiel für sich es dient der reinen unterhaltung und macht im muliplayer eine menge spaß level zusammen zu spielen. es hat eine menge humor und man muss es einfach mal gespielt haben.
    allerdings sind kritikpunkte richtig wie das es im einzelspieler auf dauer sehr eintönig wir, man erschießst gegnermaßen oder fliegt in einem fahrzeug rum . . . und erschieß darauß gegenermaßen.
    ich kann trtzdem nur empfehlen es zu kaufen.
    viel spaß auf den LAN´s xDD

  4. Wie schaut es denn eigentlich mit einer Serverversion von Serious Sam 2 aus? Ich für meinen Teil würd gerne unseren BF2-Server ersetzten (keine Sau spielt auf einem Unranked Server) und Sam 2 wär halt schon ziemlich genial.
