Fazit

MTV Skateboarding hat auf der Haben-Seite eine gute Grafik, eine eingängige Steuerung und einen klasse Soundtrack zu bieten. Was jedoch den Spielspass betrifft, hätten die Entwickler noch ein bisschen Zeit investieren können. Anfangs macht es zwar noch Spaß, aber letzten Endes spult man doch immer wieder die gleichen Tricks ab und ist in einem neuen Level eigentlich nur auf der Suche nach nah beieinander liegenden Pipes. Und auch die Multiplayer-Modi machen leider nur kurzfristig Spaß.
Die Wartezeit auf Tony Hawks 2 verkürzt es allemal. Wenn man aber nur ein Skateboard-Spiel pro Jahr braucht, würde ich
