Fazit

Jetzt mal ehrlich – wie herzverkleisternd süß ist das bitte? Im Hauptmenü regnet’s treudoof kuckende Lemminge, die weitbekannte Melodie sorgt im groovigen Remix für fröhliche Laune. Und im Spiel erst: Schnuffige Großnasen stapfen albern animiert durch kunterbunte Levels in Knuddel-HD – toll! Aber irgendwie bin ich nicht sicher, was ich von den neuen Welten halten soll. Klar, frisches Blut ist immer toll, außerdem bin ich für den allgemein gestiegenen Anspruch durchaus dankbar. Aber irgendwie fühlt es sich falsch an, wenn einem »Lemmings« im Hauptmenü entgegenprangt und man nicht einen Hauch von »A Beast of a Level« und Konsorten zu sehen bekommt. Darüber hinaus ertönt das berühmte »Oh No!« nur noch selten, es gibt keine farbenfrohe Sprengung der ausweglosen Lemminge mehr (stattdessen fallen sie auseinander wie Figuren aus Lego Star Wars), und das Item-Aufsammel-System fand ich schon in All New World of Lemmings eher lästig. Insgesamt also ein gewohnt liebenswertes Knobelpaket, aber ohne das unwiderstehliche Süchtigmacher-Potenzial des Originals.

    sonst kommen einige politiker noch auf die idee, das spiel wäre eine anleitung für selbstmordattentäter mit sprengstoffgürtel und verlangen ein verbot!
