Fazit

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars war, ist und bleibt ein fantastisches Spiel: Der Ideenreichtum, der sich auf dieser so unscheinbaren UMD versteckt, lässt viele PSP-Spiele vor Neid erblassen, außerdem hat dieses GTA nicht den Nachteil, dass es sich wie eine klein gerechnete Konsolen-Umsetzung anfühlt – ganz im Gegenteil! Dadurch, dass es nicht auf einem »großen« Vorbild basiert, sondern auf einem Spiel, das speziell für den Handheld entwickelt wurde, ist das Erlebnis ein frisches und nach wie vor aufregendes! Oh, und ein verdammt gut aussehendes: Zwar vermisse ich den Comic-Look der DS-Fassung, der im Zuge der Höherrechnung unter den Tisch fiel, aber das Resultat ist trotzdem eine Pracht. Allerdings wurde nicht alles verbessert, gerade im Bereich der Minigames hätten die Entwickler lieber öfter mal die Schere ansetzen sollen, statt auf Gangster komm raus alles auf den Analognippel legen zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich es schade, dass man sich die unterhaltsamen Mehrspielermodi nach wie vor nur zu zweit gönnen darf. Doch sei’s drum, das Gesamterlebnis ist nach wie vor viel zu gut, um es durch derlei Kleinkram getrübt zu sehen: Chinatown Wars ist nicht nur eine hervorragende DS-Umsetzung, sondern auch das derzeit beste PSP-GTA überhaupt!

    Nee, geht alles locker mit dem Finger auf dem DS. Stylus bis jetzt noch nicht benötigt (gut 10 Stunden).

    Eventuell deswegen, weil man mit der Kettensäge und der Minigun seine unliebsamen Gegner in zwei Stücke teilen kann.

    Ah, also wenn ich Chinatown Wars mit GTA 1 und GTA 2 vergleiche ist es ein RIESENSCHRITT in Richtung Zukunft... Wenn mann Chinatown Wars mit den 3D Titeln vergleicht natürlich nicht, aber dass wollte es auch nie sein!!! Es ist ein Titel, ursprünglich für den DS entwickelt und nun auf PSP umgesetzt. Wer ein völlig neues GTA will muss eben auf GTA V warten, so einfach! :roll:
