Das von Major Nelson angekündigte “STRG+Z”-Prozedere scheint funktioniert zu haben: Die Konsole sollte sich jetzt wieder bei allen Nutzern normal hochfahren und nutzen lassen.


Ursprüngliche Meldung vom 30. Januar 2019, 20:30 Uhr:



Schwarzer Bildschirm? Kein Dashboard? Fehlermeldungen? Wer aktuell seine Xbox-Konsole hochfährt, könnte eine böse Überraschung erleben: Durch einen “Service-Fehler” kann das Gerät bei manchen Nutzern aktuell nicht für Spiele oder Anwendungen verwendet werden.

Microsoft bzw. Major Nelson hat bereits via Twitter reagiert und versichert, dass das Problem bekannt ist und mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung gearbeitet wird.



Bis dahin bleibt der Bildschirm allerdings schwarz, wobei es teilweise noch gelingt, mit einem Druck auf die Xbox-Taste des Controllers das bekannte Menü aufzurufen. Dort erkennt man auch, dass im Hintergrund Updates für installierte Spiele geladen werden.

Per Sprachbefehl war es uns außerdem möglich, Skype mit HIlfe von Kinect zu starten und sogar zu nutzen. Der Versuch, ein Spiel zu starten, wurde allerdings mit einer Fehlermeldung quittiert.




Mittlerweile hält auch der Xbox Support über die weiteren Entwicklungen via Twitter auf dem Laufenden.

  2. Ist zwar schon erledigt aber weil reisserische News vorgeworfen wird.
    Hier mal ein kurzer Erlebnissbericht.
    Ich hatte das Problem mein Sohn und mein Bruder. WolIten grade zocken xbox hoch gefahren alles schwarz.
    Erst mal voll den Schreck bekommen das die Box Schrott ist. Aber dann wie gesagt mein Bruder angerufen das selbe sowie bei meinem Sohn.
    Also unwahrscheinlich das es an der Box liegt.Box vom Strom genommen( mehrmals )und es funktionierte trozdem nicht. Nach ein paar Stunden bekam ich vom live Service das es wieder ging. Nicht nach 1Stunde.
    Also nur weil es manche nicht erwicht haben es waren schon einige.
    Was ich erschreckend finde ist das sie nicht mal offline genutzt werden konnte.
