Wer nach den besten Spielen der aktuellen Generation sucht, der ertrinkt gerade auf dem PC in einer Flut hochkarätiger Highlights. Damit ihr nicht untergeht, haben wir uns durch ein Meer von Titeln gewühlt und fünf herausgesucht, die wir euch uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Und weil Microsoft mit der Xbox Series X und S auch im Konsolenmarkt unterwegs ist, haben wir für unsere Liste einfach mal beide Plattformen zusammengefasst.

Der Xbox Games Shocase 2024 machte eines klar: Microsoft vertraut weiterhin in seine Spielesparte. Und in den Xbox Game Pass, denn im Rahmen der Präsentation ließ der US-Konzern mehr als ein dutzend Mal verlauten, dass das Gaming-Abo weiterhin ein wichtiger Bestandteil ist – heute, sowie in der Zukunft.

Damit ihr wisst, worauf ihr euch noch dieses und nächstes Jahr als Abonnent*in des kostenpflichten Diensts freuen dürft, verraten wir euch, welche Spiele genau für den Xbox Game Pass bestätigt sind. Bedenkt jedoch, dass es sich nicht um eine finale Liste handelt. Über die Zeit werden vermutlich noch einige weitere Games hinzugefügt.

Xbox Game Pass 2024 und später: Diese Spiele wurden bestätigt

Alle Spiele, die unter dem Label Xbox Game Pass erscheinen, werden weiterhin ab dem ersten Tag im Abo erhältlich sein. Insgesamt sind für den Xbox Game Pass 2024 noch die folgenden Titel bestätigt:

  • Flintlock: Siege of Dawn – 18. Juli 2024
  • Age of Mythology Retold – 4. September 2024
  • Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl – 5. September 2024
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 – 25. Oktober 2024

Für 2025 und darüber hinaus hat Microsoft ebenfalls bereits einiges im Gepäck beziehungsweise mithilfe von Verträgen zugesichert:

  • Fable – 2025
  • Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – 2025
  • Mixtape – 2025

Insgesamt sind damit bereits 18 Spiele für die nahe, mittel- und langfristige Zukunft bestätigt. Der Xbox Game Pass dürfte somit weiterhin der Fokus von Microsofts Gaming-Sparte sein. Auch wenn die ehemalige PC- und Xbox-Exklusivität der eigenen Studios nicht mehr in Stein gemeißelt ist.

Angekündigt ist etwa bereits, dass Doom: The Dark Ages ebenfalls für die PlayStation 5 erscheint, und zwar zeitgleich mit den beiden anderen Versionen. Ob dies auch für weitere klassische Xbox-Marken angestrebt wird, bleibt abzuwarten. Klar ist allerdings, dass spätestens seit dem Xbox Games Showcase noch einige spannende Microsoft-Ankündigungen für die Zukunft zu erwarten sind.
