Square Enix hat nachgelegt und zeigt im folgenden Trailer zu The Last Remnant Remastered die überarbeitete Grafik der Spielwelt.

Square Enix hat den Trailer “Discover the Remnants” zu The Last Remnant Remastered für PlayStation 4 veröffentlicht. Die überarbeitete Version des Rollenspiels wird am 6. Dezember 2018 für PlayStation 4 via PlayStation Store weltweit erscheinen. Der Preis soll 19,99 Dollar betragen. Unseren Test des Originals (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) findet ihr hier.

Bei der Neuauflage wird auf die Unreal Engine 4 gesetzt. Die PS4-Version beinhaltet aber auch sämtliche Ergänzungen (inkl. schnellere Fortbewegung auf der Oberfläche) der PC-Version, deren Verkauf mittlerweile eingestellt wurde.

  1. Ick wes net... die Musik war zwar ganz nett, das Kampfsystem auch wenn es funktionierte... aber das ganze RPG-System mit Scaling ist einfach schlicht für die Tonne, dass es mir jeglichen Spaß verhageln würde.

  2. Also wenn ich die Videos mit meiner PC-Version vergleiche, muss ich die Unterschiede mit der Lupe suchen. Gerade beim ersten Video, der "Field-Grafik" hätte man da doch ein bisschen mehr machen dürfen... das sind immernoch extrem karge Landschaften und extrem verwaschene Texturen. Charaktere, Interface und Interior sind eigentlich die Dinge, die meiner Meinung nach noch am wenigsten ein visuelles Upgrade gebraucht hätten.

  3. Finde es ein bisschen schade nach dem 2. Video das anscheinend mehr die Charaktermodelle und das Interface angegangen wurde. Interface ist schön scharf und die Figuren wirken auch besser modelliert. Dafür sind die Umgebungen immer noch relativ verwaschen.
    Aber naja für 20€ finde ich geht es noch in Ordnung. Freue mich auf jedenfall auf einen PS4 Release und das auch schon so bald :)
