Spellforce 3 Reforced: Trailer zum Verkaufsstart auf Xbox und PlayStation

Mittlerweile ist der Mix aus Echtzeit-Strategie und Rollenspiel Spellforce 3 Reforced auch für One, XBS, PS4 und PS5 erschienen.

2017 bekam Spellforce 3 bei uns im Test aufgrund seiner störenden Bugs nur eine Wertung von 63%. Mit Spellforce 3 Reforced erschien nun auch für Konsolen eine überarbeitete Version des Spiels, die neue Modi ins Spiel bringt. Darunter der Journey Mode, mit dem man das Spiel alleine, oder im Koop auf Skirmish Maps spielen, oder auf die Kampagne zugreifen kann.

Man kontrolliert Armeen, sammelt Beute und lernt mit seinen Helden neue Angriffe und Skills. In der “Complete Edition” sind außerdem die Kampagnen Spellforce 3 Reforced: Soul Harvest und Fallen God enthalten.

Zur Geschichte schreiben die Entwickler auf Steam:

Wir schreiben das Jahr 518. Die Rebellion der abtrünnigen Magier, auch die Magierkriege genannt, ist von der Krone erstickt worden – ein Pyrrhussieg: Ganze Gebiete versanken in Anarchie, Flüchtlinge überfluteten auf der Suche nach Schutz die Lande und eine mysteriöse, todbringende Seuche mit dem Namen „Blutbrand“ brach aus und verbreitet sich nun rasend schnell.
In Zeiten wie diesen klammern sich die Menschen an jeden Grashalm der Hoffnung, den sie am Abgrund ihrer Existenz zu fassen bekommen. Die Reinheit des Lichts, angeführt von einem Mann namens Rondar Lacaine, sieht in den Magiern die Wurzel allen Übels – und predigt, nur die zweite Ankunft Aonirs, des Vaters aller Götter, könne der Eo ihre einstige Herrlichkeit zurückbringen!
