Rockstar Games(Unternehmen) von Rockstar Games

Rockstar Games soll Mitte 2009 an Bully 2 für PlayStation 3 und Xbox 360 gearbeitet haben, bevor das Projekt “höchstwahrscheinlich” eingestellt wurde, dies soll ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter von Rockstar New England gegenüber dem “Rockstar-Leaker” Fika122 bestätigt haben. Die Identität dieses Rockstar-Mitarbeiters wurde von einem Bully-Community-Mitglied und dem YouTuber SWEGTA verifiziert, u. a. anhand der Credits des ersten Teils (siehe Video).

Zunächst wird festgehalten, dass die 2017 aufgetauchten Artworks und Soundtrack-Demos (aus dem Projekt des Jahres 2009) echt gewesen sein sollen. Die Auflistung des Materials findet ihr hier. Im Anschluss wurden folgende Angaben gemacht. Demnach sollte Bully 2 während der Sommerferien von Jimmy im Haus seines neuen Stiefvaters spielen, wobei Jimmy auch mit seinen neuen Stiefgeschwistern klarkommen muss – unter Umständen könnte der Hauptgegenspieler ein Stiefbruder oder eine Stiefschwester sein. In der Nähe des Hauses gab es ein Sommercamp sowie eine kleine Stadt zum Erkunden. Von einem neuen Klettersystem, weiteren Streichen (inkl. ein neuer Streich mit Stolperdraht und der Lasso-Mechanik aus Red Dead), dem Verstecken in einem Mülleimer oder hinter einem Baum/Betonpfeiler und der Möglichkeit zum Hangeln an einer Wand war u. a. die Rede.

Was seither mit der Entwicklung von Bully 2 (Canis Canem Edit 2) passiert ist, ist unklar – ggf. wurde das Projekt eingestellt oder neu gestartet. Während andere “Rockstar-Leaker” behaupten, dass Bully 2 weiterhin in Produktion ist – und das nächste “große” Spiel von Rockstar Games wird. Im Oktober 2018 gab es ebenfalls Gerüchte über ein Casting für Bully 2 in London (wir berichteten).

  3. Tischtennis war einfach super. Spiele selber in einem Verein seit der Jugend und die Realitätsnähe war beeindruckend.
    Über einen neuen Ableger würde ich mich auch sehr freuen. Wird aber nicht passieren denke ich.
