Das sind die 5 besten Spiele für PC und Xbox

Wer nach den besten Spielen der aktuellen Generation sucht, der ertrinkt gerade auf dem PC in einer Flut hochkarätiger Highlights. Damit ihr nicht untergeht, haben wir uns durch ein Meer von Titeln gewühlt und fünf herausgesucht, die wir euch uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Und weil Microsoft mit der Xbox Series X und S auch im Konsolenmarkt unterwegs ist, haben wir für unsere Liste einfach mal beide Plattformen zusammengefasst.

Microsoft setzt Mitgliedern des Xbox Game Pass frisches Futter vor: In der ersten Augusthälfte erwarten uns bereits drei brandneue Titel, die nun ganz offiziell angekündigt wurden.

Mit dabei: Ein prominenter Pelzträger, der bereits seit 1996 für Spaß auf den Konsolen und dem PC sorgt. Doch auch die beiden weiteren Vertreter des August-Lineups können sich sehen lassen.

Xbox Game Pass: Im August springt Crash Bandicoot im Dreierpack ins Abo

Im Rahmen einer Xbox Wire-News kündigt Microsoft ganz offiziell an, welche neuen Spiele schon in den ersten Tagen des frischen Augustmonats im Xbox Game Pass zur Verfügung stehen sollen. Technisch gesehen sind es sogar fünf Titel, denn mit der Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy bekommt ihr sogar drei Ableger der legendären Reihe, die seit fast 30 Jahren von Fans gefeiert wird, auf einen Schlag.

  • Creatures of Ava (Cloud, PC, und Xbox Series X|S) – 7. August
  • Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy (Cloud, Konsole und PC) – 8. August
  • Mafia: Definitive Edition (Cloud, Konsole und PC) – 13. August

Ab dem 7. August können wir uns darüber hinaus direkt zum Release über Creatures of Ava freuen. Das farbenfrohe Fantasy-Adventure lädt zur Rettung kreativ-gestalteter Kreaturen in einem Universum, welches gemütliche Vibes verspricht, ein.

Mit dem 13. August steht dann außerdem noch eine wahre Gangster-Saga zur Auswahl, denn die Definitive Edition von Mafia schmuggelt sich in den Xbox Game Pass. Der cineastische Third-Person-Shooter erzählt die gewalttätige Geschichte Tommy Angelos, der immer tiefer in die düstere Unterwelt des organisierten Verbrechens in den Vereinigten Staaten der 30er-Jahre rutscht.

Flinke Finger: Gleich vier Spiele fliegen aus dem Abo

Natürlich muss für die frischen Spiele im Xbox Game Pass Platz geschaffen werden, sodass Microsoft direkt vier Vertreter aus dem Abo schmeißt. Bis zum 15. August habt ihr noch Zeit, die folgenden anzuspielen:

  • Airborne Kingdoms (Cloud, Konsole, PC)
  • Offworld Trading Company (PC)
  • Shadow Warrior 3 (Cloud, Konsole, PC)
  • The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (Cloud, Konsole, PC)

Wie immer gilt: Wollt ihr die Titel dauerhaft einkassieren, bevor sie dem Xbox Game Pass den Rücken zukehren, könnt ihr das als aktive Abonnent*innen des Abo-Services mit einem Rabatt von 20 Prozent tun. Und wenn ihr zweigleisig unterwegs seid und PlayStation Plus ebenfalls unterhaltet: Auch hier könnt ihr euch seit gestern neue Spiele schnappen.
