Sich in Ego- oder Verfolger-Perspektive gegenseitig die Ritter-Rüstungen einzudellen, war seit 2019 bisher nur PC-Spielern und Spielerinnen vorbehalten. Nun kündigt der Entwickler und Publisher Triternion einen baldigen Release des Mehrspieler-Slashers für PS4, PS5, Xbox One und Xbox Series X/S an.



Mit Großschwert und Bogen

Mordhau beschreibt eine Fecht-Technik, bei welcher das Langschwert beidhändig an der Klinge geführt wird, um dem Gegner mit dem Knauf oder der Parierstange ordentlich eines über den Helm zu ziehen – Dies ist Programm. So kämpft ihr in Schlachten von bis zu 64 Spielern und Spielerinnen mit Großschwert, Bogen, Lanzen, Katapult und was das Waffenreportire des Mittelalters noch so hergibt. Neben einem Frontline- und Invasion-Modus sowie dem klassischen PvP dürft ihr euch mit eurem frei anpassbaren Ritter in glänzender Rüstung entweder alleine oder im Online-Koop Horden von KI-Gegnern entgegenstellen.

Wann Interessierte des Schlacht-Gemetzels auf der Konsole zum namensgebenden Mordhau ansetzen können, hat das slowenische Entwicklerstudio bisher noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
