, das Survival-MMO mit Holz-Walkern und PvP-Fokus, ist auf Xbox One und Xbox Series X/S (Abwärtskompatibilität) im Xbox-Game-Preview-Programm, also im Early Access, für 29,99 Euro veröffentlicht worden. Zugleich ist die dritte Season eingeläutet worden, die auch auf dem PC größere Veränderungen und Neuerungen mit sich bringt. Das Spiel bietet Cross-Platform-Play, aber alternativ auch Realms, die nur für Xbox-Spieler gedacht sind. Die Xbox-Version wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Abstraction Games umgesetzt.

Die Entwickler (Donkey Crew) haben die Benutzeroberfläche überarbeitet, Controller-Unterstützung realisiert (auch auf PC) und die Herangehensweise an die Realms komplett geändert. So gibt es fortan kleinere Realms und die Möglichkeit, mehrere Charaktere bzw. einen Charakter in jedem Realm zu haben. Generell soll dadurch das Spieltempo erhöht werden (Details).

“Mit dem Xbox-Launch und dem Start der Season 3 wird die Welt statt einem einzigen Realm, der alle Spieler aus jeder Region beherbergt, in eine Vielzahl von Realms aufgeteilt, jeder mit seiner eigenen Region, Größe und einem Clan-Cap”, sagt Florian Hoffreither, Creative Director von Donkey Crew und Projektleiter von Last Oasis. “Jetzt hat man die Wahl, wie man spielen möchte und, was noch wichtiger ist, mit wem.”  

Neu sind außerdem “Sky Walkers” (Flugmaschinen), die neue Karte mit der Oase “Kali Spires” als Stadt am Himmel (neue Feinde, Siedlungen, Ressourcen), Riesenwürmer und wertvolle Asteroiden in bewohnbaren Oasen. Das Change-Log findet ihr hier.
