Nach dem Kauf der Ghostrunner-Marke für fünf Mio. Euro von All In Games (wir berichteten) hat 505 Games die Zukunftspläne für den Cyberpunk-Slasher näher erläutert.

Im Frühling 2021 soll das Spiel mit einem Foto-Modus und einem Kill-Run-Modus erweitert werden. Der Kill-Run-Modus soll besonders herausfordernd sein, da die Spieler innerhalb eines Zeitlimits das gesamte Level absolvieren müssen. Diese beiden Ergänzungen werden kostenlos sein. Ein kosmetischer Premium-DLC (kostenpflichtig) wird ebenfalls in diesem “Frühling” verfügbar sein. Im Sommer und Herbst sollen zusätzliche Pakete und Erweiterungen folgen, welche die Entwickler aber nicht näher benennen wollten. Fest steht aber, dass das Next-Generation-Update für PlayStation 5 und Xbox Series X/S kostenlos für die Besitzer des Spiels auf den jeweiligen Vorgängerkonsolen zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die versprochene Umsetzung für Amazon Luna (Streaming-Dienst) befindet sich bereits im Early-Access-Testmodus. Luna wird bisher nur in den USA getestet.

  1. Das XSX / PS5 Update ist längst überfällig....das wirkt inzwischen wie “keine Lust drauf und dann gibts nicht mal was dafür”. Auf einen XBox One X Modus haben Sie ja auch verzichtet. Ich schätze das die kostpflichtigen DLCs dafür erst mal Budget einspielen sollen.
