Inzwischen haben SeithCG zusammen mit Publishing-Partner Plug In Digital das bereits für PC, PlayStation 4 und Xbox One erschienene sowie auf Steam bis dato “sehr positiv” bewertete Action-Adventure Ghost of a Tale auch für Nintendo Switch veröffentlicht. Der Download via eShop kostet 24,99 Euro. Im November soll das von Ben auf dem PC mit einem Gold-Award prämierte Abenteuer der Bardenmaus außerdem als Boxversion im Handel erscheinen.

Die Switch-Version von Ghost of a Tale sollte eigentlich im Frühjahr 2020 veröffentlicht worden, aber manchmal dauert es halt länger. Mittlerweile steht der Releasetermin fest. Die Bardenmaus Tilo wird am 8. Oktober ihr Abenteuer auf der Nintendo-Konsole beginnen. Im November soll eine phyische Box-Version folgen.

Zum Test der PC-Version: Ghost of a Tale hatte binnen Sekunden meine Aufmerksamkeit geweckt: Wenn sich Tilo mit gespitzten Ohren hinter den dicken Brettern einer dicken Tafel versteckt oder auf allen Vieren an den schiefen Mauern einer alten Festung entlang wetzt, dann scheint es, als wäre die mutige Maus direkt aus einem Disney-Film in ihr eigenes Spiel gesprungen. Der Animation Director von Ich – Einfach unverbesserlich (Despicable Me) wollte ein Abenteuer erschaffen, dessen Kulissen wie die eines Films wirken. Wie gut ihm das gelungen ist, fanden wir im Test heraus.

    Der ständige Wechsel von mal 60 fps zurück auf 30 macht mir das komplette Spiel kaputt...konnte das so nicht spielen...leider.
    Wurde inzwischen schon gepatcht, so dass du auch V-Sync einschalten kannst.

  3. Spiel ist dank der News in meinen Fokus geraten. Sieht ja schick aus. Würde allerdings die PS4-Version nehmen, statt die Switch-Variante. Kostet im PS Store derzeit 12,99 €. Bald kommt es wohl auch als Disc-Version. Im Nintendo eShop verlangen sie 24,99 € - was quasi dem kommenden Retail-Preis entspricht.
    Hmm das mit den angeblich schwankenden Frames hört sich nicht gut an.

  4. Frag mich wie die Performance auf der Switch ist. Hab mir das Spiel die Tage auf der Ps4 gekauft und bin entsetzt wie fürchterlich es läuft.
    Versteh Entwickler nicht die mit einer offenen Framerate arbeiten.

  5. Eines meiner besten/schönsten Spieleerlebnisse der letzten Jahre auf dem PC. Wir nennen es liebevoll AC: Mouse (im positiven Sinne der älteren AC-Teile).
