In dieser Woche könnten die Spielewelten unterschiedlicher nicht sein: Auf der einen Seite eine düstere Welt voller magischer Geheimnisse und mythischen Wesen, auf der anderen Seite quietschbunte Level in Retro-Optik mit putzigen Vögeln.

Epic Games Store: Slawische Mythologie in Black Book

Als junge Zauberin Vasilisa erkundet ihr in Black Book eine geheimnisvolle Welt, basierend auf slawischen Märchen und Sagen, und bekämpft alptraumhafte Dämonen. Nach einem traumatisierenden Schicksalsschlag ist das Mädchen auf der Suche nach dem mysteriösen Schwarzen Buch, mit dem alle Wünsche in Erfüllung gehen sollen. Doch der Umgang mit dem dämonischen Artefakt ist an Bedingungen geknüpft.

Black Book ist eine Mischung aus rundenbasiertem Taktik-RPG, bei dem ihr die Kämpfe mithilfe von Karten bestreitet, und düsterem Adventure. Ihr streift durch das Russland der Zarenzeit und helft den Menschen gegen Monster und Geister. Dabei bedient ihr euch der Hilfe eurer Dämonen im Schwarzen Buch. Doch Vorsicht: Wenn ihr sie nicht beschäftigt, richten sie sich gegen dich.

In rundenbasierten Kämpfen stellt ihr euch dunklen Dämonen und mystischen Sagengestalten.

Falls euch das RPG-Adventure aus dem Hause Morteshka gefällt, könnt ihr euch im Epic Games Store den DLC Endless Battle für 4,99 Euro kaufen. In diesem Rougelike-Add-on kämpft ihr im Schlund der Hölle und lernt neue Strategien, um eure Charakerwerte zu steigern.

Epic Games Store: Rettet euren Nachwuchs in Dodo Peak

In dem bunten Retro-Plattformer Dodo Peak steuert ihr einen niedlichen Dodo durch eine von 60 abwechslungsreichen Levels auf einer Rettungsmission. Irgendwie sind euch nämlich die Eier mit eurem Nachwuchs abhandengekommen, der schnell wieder nach Hause gebracht werden will. Hopsend bewegt ihr euch die bergigen Welten, in denen auch mal fallende Lavabrocken, tobende Yetis und aus dem Boden schnellende Pfeilspitzen euer Verhängnis werden können.

Oft genug könnt ihr jedoch an einer Ecke verschnaufen und den nächsten Hüpfer überlegen. Manche der Wüsten-, Schnee- oder Palmenstrand-Levels sind gar nicht so einfach zu bewältigen, wenn ihr alle eure Eier retten wollt. Aus diesen schlüpfen glücklicherweise gleich die Küken und wackeln euch hinterher. Wieder vereint müsst ihr am Ende im Gänse… sorry, Dodomarsch wieder zurück an den Levelanfang.

Mit eurem Nachwuchs im Schlepptau hüpft ihr als Dodo durch isometrische Bergwelten.
