Wir haben die Elden Ring-Erweiterung Shadow of the Erdtree ausgiebig getestet und verraten euch alles Wissenswerte.

Dass Elden Ring und ganz explizit auch der DLC Shadow of the Erdtree knackeschwer ist, sollte mittlerweile auch in der hintersten Ecke angekommen sein. Glücklicherweise gibt es die Fragmente des Scadubaums, die eure Angriffs- und Abwehrwerte erhöhen und zum Levelaufstieg verhelfen.

Insgesamt 50 Stück dieser ergatternswerten Fragmente sind im Schattenreich verteilt, daher ist es zu empfehlen, gezielt nach ihnen zu suchen, wenn ein Bossgegner vielleicht noch zu hart für euch ist. Eine hilfreiche Map zeigt nun, wie ihr dabei möglichst effizient und ungesehen vorgehen könnt.

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree – Wie ihr möglichst effizient levelt

So hat Reddit-User Gladiuz2 auf der Karte des Elden Ring-DLCs alle Scadubaum-Fragmente eingezeichnet, die ihr erreichen könnt, ohne einen Boss zu besiegen. Sogar die kürzesten Wege zwischen ihnen wurden hinzugefügt. Auf diese Weise könntet ihr Level 12 erreichen, bevor ihr euch dem ersten fordernden Bosskampf stellen müsst – was 26 Fragmenten entspricht. Nach Hinweisen in einigen Kommentaren fügte Gladiuz2 sogar hinzu, sechs weitere Fragmente vergessen zu haben, die gleichbedeutend mit zwei weiteren Levelstufen sind.

Wer sich allerdings für diesen Weg entscheidet und erst einmal ordentlich Fragmente farmt, geht das Risiko ein, interessante Nebenquests von einigen NPCs zu verpassen. User DragonMZ stellt im Thread noch einmal eine kleine Liste auf, die euch einen Einblick gibt, wie ihr das Maximum aus den begehrten Upgrade-Spendern herausholt. So könntet ihr bis zu 44 Fragmente ergattern und müsst auf dem Weg nur drei Bosse und einen Erinnerungsboss legen. Mit dieser Ausbeute allein wärt ihr schon auf Level 18.

Nachdem es gerade vonseiten der Spielerschaft enttäuschte Reviews gab, dass Shadow of the Erdtree selbst für einen FromSoftware-Titel ungewöhnlich schwer sei, hat der Spieleentwickler letzte Woche reagiert, und mit dem Patch 1.12.2 ein bisschen am Schwierigkeitsregler gedreht.
