Six Foot und Yager haben ein Update für die PS4-Version von Dreadnought veröffentlicht, das die Konsolenfassung des taktischen Schiffe-Versenkens näher an die aktuelle Version des PC-Spiels heranbringt.

Alle normalen Schiffe der Flotte bekamen etwa einen zweiten Slot für ein alternatives Ausrüstungs-Set verpasst, wodurch man im Kampf jetzt mehr taktische Möglichkeiten hat. Die Entwicklungsbäume der Raumschiffe wurden außerdem vereinfacht und außerdem so verändert, dass es mehr Möglichkeiten gibt Pötte höherer Stufen freizuschalten. Weiterhin wurden die einer Partie voran- und nachgestellten Menüs bzw. Übersichten neu gestaltet sowie zwei Heldenschiffe hinzugefügt.

Während sich die PC-Fassung weiterhin in Entwicklung befindet, ist die PS4-Version als Free-to-play-Titel bereits als fertiges Spiel erhältlich. In unserem Test erhielt die gegenüber dem Original leicht eingeschränkte Umsetzung eine Wertung von 63%.
