Am Dienstag hatte Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe ankündigt, dass das Sportspiel Captain Tsubasa – Rise of New Champions im Laufe des Jahres 2020 frischen Wind in das Fußball-Genre bringen soll. Auf der offiziellen japanischen Website (via Gematsu.com) wurde mittlerweile mehr zum Spielablauf verraten.

Demnach besitzt jeder Charakter eine Spirit-Leiste, die sich bei kurzen Sprints (Dashes), der Aktivierung diverser Aktionen aus der Serie sowie Spezialattacken leert. Diese Spirit-Leiste soll eine zentrale Bedeutung für Sieg oder Niederlage bekommen. Die gewöhnlichen “Moves” rangieren von Schüssen über Dribblings bis hin zu Blocks.
Eine geteilte Team-Energieleiste lädt sich durch bestimmte Aktionen auf, was die Moral des Teams hebt, z.B. indem man einen Gegner bei einem Dribbling überholt oder ihm den Ball abluchst. Ist die Leiste bis zum Maximum gefüllt, lässt sich die “V-Zone” aktivieren. Ist sie aktiv, lädt sich die Spirit-Energie schneller auf und auch die Schuss-Leiste füllt sich währenddessen schneller. Sofern das Team einen “Captain Skill” ausgerüstet hat, werden im Rahmen der V-Zone weitere Spezialmanöver möglich.

Die persönlichen Skills einzelner Team-Mitglieder beeinflussen die Positionen, in denen man sie auf dem Feld am effektivsten einsetzt. Neben “Dash Dribbles” gibt es “Dribble Moves” zum Austricksen der Gegner. Ein “Zone” genannter Buff soll dafür sorgen, dass sich Spirit- und Schuss-Leiste temporär schneller aufladen. Manche kraftvollen Tackles halten das Gegenüber eine kurze Zeit lang in Schach.

Auch der Torwart bekommt eine eigene Leiste. Leert man sie mit Torschüssen, wird es letztendlich einfacher, ein Tor zu erzielen. Manche Goalies besitzen zudem eine “Super Save”-Aktion, welche zwar die V-Zone-Leiste leert, aber zu 100% einen Treffer verhindert. Passend zur Aracade-Ausrichtung blockt man mit einem Spieler in der Defensive automatisch Schüsse ab – sofern er passend steht. So lässt sich natürlich verhindern, dass sich die Leiste des Torwarts leert.

Des Weiteren gibt es bestimmte Schüsse in der Luft, Koop-Schüsse und bei bestimmten Sportlern auch besonders lange Pässe, die sich beim Rezipienten automatisch in eine Schussbewegung umwandeln lassen. Bestimmte Spielerpaare können sogar kooperative Pässe starten, welche mehrere Gegner auf einmal hinter sich lassen. Das Spiel ist für PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch und PC in Arbeit.   1. Abwarten und Tee trinken. Das Spiel hat ja nicht mal ein konkretes Releasedatum. Jetzt etliche Monate vor Release ein Spiel schon abzuschreiben?

    Konnte mir das nicht komplett anschauen.
    Sounds auch grausam.
    Schade. Hatte mehr erwartet.
    So muss ich dann halt weiter die BDs schauen... :D

  5. Hm...das gameplay dämpft den hype schon massiv ab... Allein wegen der sich wiederholenden Torhütersequenzen...das neue inazuma soll ja jetzt Anfang des Jahres kommen oder??
