Der erste Trailer mit Spielszenen aus Blair Witch ist von Bloober Team (Layers of Fear) und Lionsgate Games veröffentlicht worden. In dem Clip kann man einen Blick auf den Hund “Bullet” werfen, der den Hauptcharakter begleiten wird. Außerdem sieht man die Erkundung des Waldes (Black Hill Forest) und die Interaktion mit dem Vierbeiner, bevor dann einige übernatürliche Ereignisse passieren.

In Blair Witch sucht man in der Rolle eines ehemaligen Polizisten (im Jahr 1996) nach einem vermissten Jungen. Das Spiel soll am 30. August 2019 für knapp 30 Dollar in digitaler Form für PC und Xbox One erhältlich sein.

    Geht mir genauso. Layers of Fear ist eins meiner Lieblingsspiele, ich habe absolut nicht verstehen können, warum sie für den zweiten Teil das Konzept geändert haben.

  3. Also ich finde das sieht klasse aus.Und uff....mitm Rutger wusste ich noch gar nicht.Na gut,dann gibts in Gedenken heute Abend den Bladerunner.Ausnahmeschauspieler auch wenn irgendwie teilweise kaum bekannt.

    Ich bin immer noch Fan der Blair Witch-Lore...
    Hab mich sogar ziemlich gefreut mal wieder was von dem Franchise zu hören. (Abgesehen von den grottigen Fortsetzungsfilmen)
    Jedenfalls hätte eine Spielumsetzung damals, als es um Blair Witch einen ziemlichen Hype gab, sehr viel mehr Sinn gemacht als heute. Sieht ja zumindest einigermaßen interessant aus der Trailer..

  5. Mal schauen Bloober Team ist ein Zweischneidiges Schwert. Layers of Fear war OK ... Observer war richtig richtig klasse (rip rutger hauer!)
    Layers of Fear 2 war dagegen absoluter Müll.. also abwarten ... Hoffe es wird gut.
