Vermutlich fixer als von manchem erwartet hat Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment heute die unvermeidliche Batman: Arkham Collection angekündigt für PC, Xbox 360 und PS3. Diese umfasst Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City und Batman: Arkham Origins. Arkham Asylum und Arkham City liegen im Falle der Windows-Fassung als Game of the Year Edition vor, in der PS3-Fassung gibt es das Knightfall Pack für Arkham Origins als Beilage.
Andere ältere Zusatzpakete scheinen nicht Teil der Sammlung zu sein. Die beiden älteren Ausflüge des Dunklen Ritters sind zudem nur in Form eines Download-Codes an Bord – einzig Arkham Origins ist als Disk-Version enthalten.
Die Arkham Collection soll am 22. November in den Handel kommen – ein Preis wurde nicht genannt.
PC-Schnäppchenjäger sind sicherlich besser damit beraten, zum noch fünf Tage erhältlichen Humble WB Games Bundle zu greifen. Dieses beinhaltet nämlich auch die GotY-Editionen der beiden älteren Arkham-Titel.
