Für Assetto Corsa Competizione ist das erste Erweiterungspaket angekündigt worden. Marco Massarutto, Mitbegründer und Brand-&-Product-Manager von Kunos Simulazioni, sprach auf der Tokio Game Show 2019 erstmalig über das Intercontinental GT Pack.
“Vor einigen Jahren führte die SRO Motorsports Group die Intercontinental GT Challenge ein, die allererste weltweise GT3 Serie, welche die höchste Errungenschaft im Langstrecken-GT-Rennen darstellen sollte und einige der legendärsten Strecken der Welt umfasst. Das Intercontinental GT Pack wird komplett der Intercontinental GT Challenge gewidmet sein und neue Strecken wie Suzuka, Mount Panorama, Laguna Seca und Kyalami enthalten. Die südafrikanische Strecke wird zum allerersten Mal in einer Rennsimulation fahrbar sein. Sie wurde mittels Laserscan-Technologie erstellt, um den Fans größtmögliche Detailtreue zu bieten”, schreibt der Publisher.
